Project Objectives
1) At the LCAC Parking Area, scrape a 5cm thickness from the top layer of existing asphalt.
2) Apply a new 5cm thick layer of high-quality, abrasion resistant asphalt.
3) Apply 85 new white lines that are the same in size and type as the existing ones.
4) Apply new Disabilities Parking Signs that are the same as the existing ones.
